WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY + VIDEOGRAPHY FAQS

Questions most couples ask.

Every quote is custom because every wedding is different. A Tuesday in Littleton is not a Saturday in Aspen in peak season, so we price by date, location, coverage, and team size. What you get is one all-in number with travel already included. No surprise line items later.

No. Ask and we send it. You’ll have real numbers for your date and venue right off the bat, and we’re happy to talk through options after you’ve seen them.

You’ll hear back from Beau himself, within a few minutes if in the office but always as soon as he can. Prompt communication is very important to us. If your date is open, he’ll tell you. If he’s already committed that day, one of the photographers you’ll meet on our About page may be available, and every wedding is planned with Beau either way.

Our go-to for full day coverage is an 8 hour day for photography. Videography starts with 4, 6, or 8 hour days. Coverage is built around your actual timeline, not a template. If your day needs more, or less, we’ll say so when we quote it rather than upselling you on the wedding day.

Yes. We’re based in Lakewood and shoot across the Front Range, the Rockies, and destination weddings throughout Colorado, New Mexico, and Wyoming. Travel is built into your quote, so the number you see is the number you pay. No extra fees arise after the quote is sent

Yes, and most of our couples do. One contract, one point of contact, and a photo team and film crew that plan the day together instead of negotiating around each other. We’ve photographed weddings since 2014 and added films in 2019.

It’s an option, not a default. Two getting-ready locations, a large guest list, or a tight ceremony-to-reception turnaround are the usual reasons. We’ll tell you honestly whether your day needs one.

As soon as you have a date and a venue. We take the first wedding booked on any date, so when a Saturday is gone, it’s gone. Popular dates in peak season go earliest.
